By accessing or using Eduflex(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you accept them for that institution.
Eduflex is a school‑management platform provided by Eduflex. It lets institutions manage academics, admissions, finance, documents and related operations. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.
Access is provided through your institution. You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your institution or us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to see, upload unlawful content, or reverse‑engineer the platform.
Data submitted by an institution remains that institution's data. Eduflex processes it to provide the Service, in line with the Privacy Policy and the institution's instructions.
The Service, its software, and its branding are owned by Eduflex and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non‑exclusive right to use the Service; they transfer no ownership.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Eduflex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
